Phases 1 - 8 work areas are substantially complete. All roads and sidewalks are now open.
Next Steps:
- Final landscaping work and signage installation.
- Utility and roadway work at the intersection of Greensboro Avenue and 7th Street will occur between Tuesday, September 8, 2026 and Saturday, September 12, 2026.
Upcoming Impacts:
- 7th Street, from Lurleen Wallace Boulevard North to 23rd Avenue, and Greensboro Avenue, from Gary Fitts Street to 8th Street, will be closed from 6:00 a.m. to Thursday, September 10, 2026 until 5:00 p.m. Monday, September 14, 2026.
- Intermediate parking impacts will occur with the final landscaping work and signage installation.
