Crews have finished realigning and patching 37th Avenue East at Crescent Ridge Road and opened both entrances to The Knoll. Crews have placed concrete for curb and gutter at the Arcadia Drive realignment. Curb, gutter and sidewalk have been placed along University Boulevard East from Windsor Drive to the former Jim Meyers Property. Landscaping crews have finished installing the south retaining wall. Landscaping and irrigation work on the north side of University Boulevard East has been completed all the way to Crescent Ridge Road. Workers have completed utility duct banks on the north side of University Blvd E. and continue south side installation. Concrete has been placed for traffic and pedestrian pole bases, along with the traffic signal enclosure pad at the Arcadia Drive intersection. Installation of utility poles has also begun.
