Progress to Date:
Crews have made steady progress upgrading utilities and preparing the corridor for upcoming construction phases. The new 12-inch water main is fully installed along with connections to the existing system. Electrical teams continued placing underground conduit, light pole bases, in-ground boxes and fiberglass equipment bases along the south side of University Boulevard East. Concrete work continues with sidewalk, curb and gutters along the south side of the road east of Arcadia Drive to the east entrance of Windsor Drive. Storm drain installation is progressing east toward The Knoll, and the site for the south retaining wall has been cleared and excavated in preparation for construction.

Next Steps: 
Concrete work will wrap up at remaining driveways and at the east entrance to Windsor DriveWork is scheduled to continue on the storm drain system Electrical crews will continue installing the duct bank along the south side of University Boulevard East Construction of the South retaining wall is scheduled to begin soon.

Upcoming Impacts: 
Continued reduced lanes along University Boulevard East Temporary road and intersection closures are along University Boulevard East.
