Progress: 

This month, crews continued installing sanitary sewer lines and storm drains in multiple locations. Utility teams also began to install gas service lines and duct banks, while progress was completed on a manhole installation. 

Next Steps: 

• Installation of sanitary sewer, storm drain and duct bank infrastructure will continue 
• Gas main relocation will continue along the north side of University Blvd. 

Upcoming Impacts: 

• Lane closures at 34th Ave. E. for sanitary sewer installation and a lane closure at Arcadia Dr. for gas main installation
• Delays may occur at Arcadia Dr. and University Blvd. due to utility relocation work
• Traffic signals at 30th Ave. E/Arcadia Dr. and University Blvd. E. will be removed, and a stop sign will be installed at the end of Arcadia Drive
