Stage 1 of construction began with new traffic patterns, lane, and road closures between 30th Avenue East and 34th Avenue. The site of a future drainage basin east of Windsor Drive has been mobilized and cleared. With the coordination of private utility companies, existing locations have been marked and utility work (including sewer, gas service lines, and power) have started in the current construction area.
