On Monday, May 4, construction will start on Greensboro Avenue between University Boulevard and 7^th Street, with work expected to be completed by the first home football game. This $4.3 million Elevate Tuscaloosa project is intended to strengthen pedestrian access and safety in our downtown area with wider sidewalks, landscaping, and safety improvements.
