Progress to Date:Crews have made steady progress upgrading utilities and preparing the corridor for upcoming construction phases. The new 12-inch water main is fully installed along with connections to the existing system. Electrical teams continued placing underground conduit, light pole bases, in-ground boxes and fiberglass equipment bases along the south side of University Boulevard East.…
