July 10, 2026 Update
Progress: The Phase 1 and Phase 2 work areas are substantially complete. The northbound lane of Greensboro Avenue, the adjacent bay parking and the sidewalk between Gary Fitts Street and University Boulevard were reopened during the evening of Friday, June 5.
